Nago is known as the gateway to northern Okinawa and is famous for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lush tropical scenery. It is also home to the Nago Pineapple Park, one of Okinawa’s most popular attractions, where visitors can learn about pineapple cultivation and enjoy a variety of pineapple-inspired treats. Every January, Nago also hosts the Nago Cherry Blossom Festival, one of the earliest cherry blossom festivals in Japan due to Okinawa’s warm climate.
