B. Test Schedule

  1. Primary Selection (CBT):29 May, 2022 (Sunday)
  2. Secondary Selection Interview (Applicant):5 June, 2022 (Sunday)
    Conducted for those applicants who passed the CBT test.
    Group interview within 3~4 applicants.
  3. Third Selection Health Checkup:9 June(Thursday)~ 14 June(Tuesday)
    Conducted for those applicants who passed the secondary test.

C. Admission Deadline

21 June 2022 (Tuesday) 9:00 ~ 17:00
Please submit the required documents to our school (PATS) by post mail or directly to the counter.
In the case of post mail, documents must arrive before the deadline.

D. Orientation Class (for Students & Guardians)

26 June 2022 (Sunday), from 9:00 ~
After the briefing session, admission guidance will be given to the students.

About Entrance Examination

・High school graduators: up to 20 years old
・University graduators: up to 24 years old

We accept online applications.
We will start linking to the application site from April 11th to 30th on our school website.
Download and print the required documents.

Please tell me about the selection method2022-02-25T13:54:35+08:00

① Those who wish to enroll should first take the Japanese E-learning designated by our
school for at least two months. APTAC will email you the ID required for the course.

② Eligibility to take the exam: Approximately 300 students from e-learning users will
be qualified to take the CBT exam, taking into consideration the status of study.

③ Primary Selection: CBT
For the above qualified applicants, a selection test of N5 level CBT will be conducted at the APTAC school on 29 May.
The result will be announced on 31 May. It will be posted on the HP.

④ Secondary Selection: Interview
An interview test will be held on 5 June for those who have passed the above primary test. Successful applicants will be notified of the implementation date directly by email.

⑤ Health checkup: 9 June (Thursday) to 14 June (Tuesday) for those who have passed
the secondary examination. We will inform the applicant of the location and method
at a later date.

⑥ Result Announcement: After strict examination, successful applicants will be
announced on the website from 9:00 on 16 June. Successful applicants should receive
the admission documents at the APTAC office counter.

I live in a remote area. Can I apply?2022-01-18T16:01:27+08:00

Yes, you can apply. But there is no dormitory when the school opens. Therefore, it is necessary for you to be within the range that allows you to commute to school in time. If you are going to school from the residence of a guarantor such as a relative, please obtain permission from APTAC.

Yes, experienced teachers will be dispatched from the affiliated KISJ Nihongo Gakuin in Tokyo.
You can also take online live streaming classes by Japanese teachers.

Are university graduates and high school graduates in separate classes?2022-01-18T16:04:45+08:00

The lessons will be held separately in the first semester after enrollment is a separate class. From the second semester, we will introduce classes according to proficiency level, so high school graduates may enter the same class as university graduate.

It’s not possible. Enrollment is only available in April (July in 2022).

There is also a gymnasium and a playground, so we will set it up in consideration of the needs of the students.

On campus (inside the main gate), the phone power must be turned off and it is prohibited to use until leaving the school. However, you can use it during your lesson with the permission of the teacher in charge.

I heard that, tablets or computers will be used during the lessons but I don’t have one. Also, I’m not sure I can use it well. Is that okay?2022-01-18T16:06:44+08:00

Tablets and computers are prepared by APTAC for every student. We will carefully teach you how to use it, so don’t worry.
