Welcome to Philippines Arayat Training School
PATS is devoted to developing the adaptability for Filipinos to work and live in Japan by teaching them not only Japanese language but the culture and common sense of business there. It utilizes the newly established Specific Skills visa system and is expected to solve the immediate shortage of workers as well as such long-term issues as globalization that Japanese domestic industries are facing.
