Welcome to Philippines Arayat Training School

PATS is devoted to developing the adaptability for Filipinos to work and live in Japan by teaching them not only Japanese language but the culture and common sense of business there. It utilizes the newly established Specific Skills visa system and is expected to solve the immediate shortage of workers as well as such long-term issues as globalization that Japanese domestic industries are facing.

✓ There are 3 public high schools in Arayat city (in 2018). PATS has developed good relationship with CAMBA public high school, Justino Sevilla public high school and Adelle Montessori private school, all of which are close to PATS school site.
✓ There are 70 universities and colleges in Pampanga. We are currently having a discussion with Holy Angel University, Don Honorio Ventura University, etc. with the aim of forming a partnership.
✓ QTR (Quiambao Tabuan Rice Corporation), an affiliated company of IRIS Corporation has started business operation on a full scale in this region.

=> Having practical know-how in business management, etc. in the Philippines. In addition, Mr. Fumio Tamura, the chairman of IRIS Corporation was appointed as an honorary citizen of Santo Nino Tabuan, Arayat, on January 17, 2020.
